Keep it in its dust bag when you are not carrying it, away from direct sun. Wipe it with a dry cloth, and feed the leather with a neutral balm twice a year.

Yes. Stitching, handles and hardware are guaranteed for two years. If something gives way, we repair it in our workshop.

Yes, for every bag we have made, at cost. Write to us with a photo and we tell you what it needs.

Orders placed before 2 pm leave the same working day, wrapped in a cotton dust bag and our box. Delivery takes two to four working days.

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us, and you can follow it from your account too.
